Since I'm moving into a new house on the 29th and have to have my apartment cleaned out by then, I've been exhausted and frustrated, not even considering all the political and social crap that's been going on lately, but never mind that. It makes me really happy that when I'm stressed out and upset, I really just want to write and draw. "The Sunrise Beckons" is a project I've been working on for about...a year and a half, I think. Less time than "RABID" (which I've been working on for three-plus years) and more than another project I'm juggling, and due to it's more simplistic, upbeat topic, it's been cathartic to work on as of late. I want to get more drawn out and written but am simply too busy right now, so updates are going to be spotty at best. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a nice job in the new city that I can fit time around to work on this project.
For right now, I've been collecting songs that I think fit the mood, characters, story, etc., and I like to listen to them when I need inspiration. They might be a little spoilery, but I don't think it'll give too much away about what's gonna happen. Feel free to chance a listen if you'd like! I'm planning to update this as I find more good tracks. ^u^
